Cancellation Terms (Deposits included):

•Cancellations with a 10 day notice or more of the Requested by Date (Delivery/Pickup date selected at Checkout) as entered during order creation will receive full credit. Engraved items are excluded from this.  Please see Engraving below. This does not apply to orders with a Requested by Date (Delivery/Pickup date selected at Checkout) landing on a Holiday. Please see below for Holiday terms.

•Cancellations with less than a 10 day but great than 72 hour notice of the Requested by Date (Delivery/Pickup date selected at Checkout) as entered during order creation will receive 50% of their purchase total as credit to be used at a later date and at your convenience at our company, while 50% is non refundable to help us cover the time/value of prepped materials. Engraved items are excluded from this. Please see Engraving below. This does not apply to orders with a Requested by Date (Delivery/Pickup date selected at Checkout) landing on a Holiday. Please see below for Holiday terms.

•Cancellations with 72 hour or less notice of the Requested by Date (Delivery/Pickup date selected at Checkout) as entered during order creation are 100% non-refundable.

These Cancellations Terms also apply to any deposit that has been made on an order.

Refund Processing Time:
It may take 5-10 business days for a refund to appear back in your bank/card account depending on your bank/card issuer's systems.




•Engraving:
Any item that is purchased and is engraved cannot be refunded. This includes but is not limited to XL boards.


•Holiday orders are 100% non-refundable. Holidays are defined below.

•Holidays are define as these dates below:

-New Year's Eve and New Year's Day (December 31 and January 1).
-Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. (Third Monday in January).
-Washington's Birthday (Third Monday in February).
-Memorial Day (Last Monday in May).
-Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19).
-Independence Day (July 4).
-Labor Day (First Monday in September).
-Columbus Day (Second Monday in October).
-Veterans Day (November 11).
-Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November).
-Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (December 24 and 25)
